I had to reinstall Outlook (Office XP Professional) on a new hard drive.
Since then I am unable to use Insert --> File or Insert --> Picture from File
in a message. The directory screen comes up to browse to a file, but as
soon as I click on a directory or try to navigate in any way, the window
freezes completely, with "not responding" appearing across the top. This
has occurred every time. I have installed the latest patches ...
What is the problem and how can I fix it?
