Outlook Problem

Hi

I have some difficulties with Outlook 2000. When I try
to open Outlook for the fist time in the morning, Outlook
is not responding. I have to end the process and restart
Outlook, after that I'm ok for the rest of the day.

I'm using windows Xp with Mcafee VirusScan Enterprise
7.1. All the persons who has Outlook Xp or 2003 doesn't
have this problem
