I for some reason have two personal folder files and two archive files?
Reason? do I need two and how do I get rid of them?

You could have a corrupt mail profile. Check the properties of the matching
folders files to see if they are distinct or not. I ao, then you can
continue to use whichever of the PSTs you wish. If not, then create a new
mail profile.
