outlook problem

I am using outlook 2000+win xp. System stops responding and CPU goes to 100%
when lauching Outlook. Can anyone please tell what could do this and how to
solve it?

no it didn't work, the task manager shows 2 outllok process, is it normal? i
need more help please.
