Outlook produces blank server side auto respond message

Hi,

Anyone has ever encountered with the blank server side (exchange) auto
respond message?

I set up using Outlook 2003 for server side auto respond. When I send an
email to the mailbox which has the rule, it replies with an empty message,
but retains the subject and the sender info. From another Outlook 2003 in a
different PC, I am able to create the rule flawlessly.

I know that this is Outlook problem, but I can't tell how to troubleshoot
(fix) it. No hints from Google.

Any help will be very appreciated.
