Just one thought Susan. If this is a standalone Outlook that came with a
PDA, the PDA manufacturer is responsible for support, including generating a
new key.

After furious head-scratching, Susan Ramlet asked this group:
| Folks,
|
| The Microsoft Knowledge Base is a good source of information about
| topics such as this. See if this helps:
|
| How to replace lost, broken, or missing Microsoft software or
| hardware:
|
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;326246
|
| You'll see a statement near the end about contacting PSS to replace
| lost key codes.

||
|| Really? I thought Microsoft would replace disks for current versions
|| if people mailed in defective media. Since the key code is
|| necessary, it's loss could be construed as a media defect.
||
|| For the OP: contact Microsoft to see if they'd replace the product CD
|| with case & key code if you mailed them the original product CD. It's
|| worth asking. Also, take any newsgroup response with a grain of salt.
