Outlook Profile in Terminal Services

We have Terminal Services installed on load balanced
servers running Windows 2000 Server. We have had users
connecting to the Terminal Servers "lose" their outlook
profile and be prompted with the outlook setup wizard
when they log in. Their windows profile is fine. Any
thought?
