Outlook Profiles

Hello,
I am trying to setup multiple outlook profiles under one
login. I need to have 5 people to be able to access their
individual email's through this one user ID. I am having
issues with the password methods. I am using Active
Directory, and Office 2K3. Can anyone help me??
