Outlook prog. corrupted

My outlook express program is corrupted and will no longer
open. I use Explorer 5.5 on a windows 95 system. My
service provider told me to just download the file from
MSN and install, but the site says Exployer 5.5 is no
longer available for download and I can't upgrade to
Explorer 6 as Windows 95 can't support it.

Can anyone suggest anything? Explorer works fine, I just
can't open my mail and have to use my Yahoo account.
