Outlook prompting for proxy server

In our enterprise we have a proxy server that user are
required to have a seperate login in order to browse the
web.

Is there any way to disable the web content in outlook
2002 for those user that are receiving message that have
web content.

What happens is when you open an email that has web
content it prompts them for username and password for the
proxy server.

In Outlook 2003, yes. But not in earlier versions.
