Outlook prompts for password even when saved

Anyone know what to do when Outlook 2000 prompts you for
the password whenever you try to send/receive mail, even
when you've clicked on the Remember Password button?

are you logged on to windows? I take it you're using 98 ?

you need to have a profile you're logged into
