I have been experiencing the following two errors:
(1) You generate an e-mail and add some attachments to it (Excel for
example). When you try to send the e-mail you get an error message indicating
a problem with the interface and you only have one choice-to click Ok. The
current solution is to cut and paste to a new message. The message is as
vague as it could be with no useful entry in the application log
(2) You close Outlook, normally. When you try to open it again you get a
message indicating that the Personal Folder was not closed properly and it
begins to do a scan of the Personal Folder file, sometimes taking 2 to 5
minutes to complete.
I am running Win XP and Office 2000 and 2002 in several clients, have the
latest updates.
Any suggestions?
