Outlook (PST) File Not Closing Correctly

Greetings all,

Each time I start Outlook 2007, I am told the data file didn't close
correctly and goes through a long check process. I have shut-down Outlook in
different ways all with the same results. Is there something else I can
check?

I had the same problem until I uninstalled Google Desktop. YMMV
