Outlook Public Folders Sales Connection

I just posted a message looking for help to communicate
to sales and marketing thru Outlooks Public Folders.
As I'm scrolling thru past messages I see much about e-
mail issues realted to Outlook but not anything so far
about Public Folder use. Am I in the right newsgroup for
this question?
