outlook question

How do you get Outlook 2000 to boot to the startup screen
instead of the inbox, and how do you enable the customize
my outlook tab in the upper right as mine is currently
not working even though I am the administrator locally
and network.

For your first question, Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options. Modify the
"Startup in this folder" box. For you second question,
