Outlook quitting oddly

I am having a weird problem. brand new 2.6 gig machines,
with Xp and running office 2000. when you go to write and
email. you click contacts and as you scroll down the list
of contacts outlook locks up and then quits totally. i
have no clue why this is happening but it is happening on
two diffrent machines and behaveing the same.. any ideas?

We are having the same problem. It is an issue with XP as outlook works
fine on 2000 connecting to the same mailboxes on our exchange server. I
am still looking for an answer. If you find out, please inform me as
well.

Video drivers? is this a common problem? i will try and
see if it works!
