Outlook - Recalling a sent and unread message

How can I recall a sent email message that I am sure has
not yet been read. I've seen this funtion somewhere,
unfortunately I can't find it now that I need it. Any
answers?

Message recall exists only if you connect to an Exchange server, and to be
honest, rarely works even then.

Are you using Exchange? Is Outlook open on the recipient's computer? Have
you talked to your IT folks to see if they can help you out?

Hi Michelle. I'm in the same boat as you. I have seen this done. I've allowed unread messages to be recalled myself, but it's no where to be found in Outlook help. I am so frustrated. Did you find out anything yet?
