Someone deleted a public folder. WHen I go to recover it
it is still listed under the selection to restore
however I get this error message:
Outlook was unable to recover some or all of the items in
this folder. Make sure you have the required permissions
to recover items in this folder and try again. If the
problem persists contact your administrator.
I can delete/recover other things just not the one i need.
I have found this

on the knowledge base, what appears to be exactly what I
need. I have followed all the directions and still no luck
