Outlook refuses to send messages to a particular addressee

Suddenly Outlook has begun refusing to send messages to two addresses at the
same server that I have frequently used in the past. All other mail sends
easily. Addressees at the same server are not affected.

I have recently installed Norton 2006 - but neiter of these addressees are
listed in any blocked lists or SPAM blocking lists.

Any thoughts out there?
