Outlook Reinstallation on new hard drive

I've just fitted my computer with a new processor,
motherboard and hard drive, have reinstalled Windows
(98SE) and Office on the new HDD, and I need to transfer
my mailbox and address book (outlook contact list) to my
new hard drive. Can anyone tell me which files I should
copy across from my old HDD to my new HDD so that I get my
mail messages and contact addresses back again, please?

Have you tried the Import And Export Functions in Outlook. That worked good for me on the Contacts folder (exported to/from Excel). I think it will work for mail messages as well.
