Outlook reminder time zone for laptop users

Background: we locked down admin rights on all computers. Currently we advise
laptop user to add in a secondary timezone for calendar appointments viewing.
They now want the reminders popped up according to the timezone they are
currently in.

Help please.

Then they'll have to move the events to the correct time.
