Outlook reply e-mail not sending attachment

I am using Outlook 2002 with Exchange. When I reply to an
e-mail sent to me with an attachment, the reply window
shows an attachment, but when I click on it, I just get
the file listing in my "Documents and settings\temporary
folder. When the person receives the e-mail it doesn't
have the attachment.

Outlook does not include the attachment with the reply, assuming the person
you are replying to already has the file, since s/he is the one who sent it
to you in the first place.
