Outlook - resend emails at a later date

Anyone know how to schedule an email that you have received to resend
at a later date. For ex: you receive an email on Feb 1, but you want
it to send again on Feb 20 for reminder purposes

I need a solution that takes as little steps as possible. This is for
a customer

Creat a new message like normal, and select the option button on the
toolbar. It is under the delivery options. It doesn't work with
exchange cached mode.
send paypal payment to [email protected] LOL

toolbar, it is under delivery options. It will sit in your outbox
until the time specified, and does not work with cached exchange mode.

Thank you but unfortunately that was already suggested and not
accepted....this is based on a message already received and have
suggested forwarding to themselves again and then adjusting the send
option
