The new account is all fine and well, but you really need to start here.
Start menu, control panel, email, then here is the secret..., show profile.
Make a new PROFILE then you can make a new account making sure to put all of
you pop3 and smtp info in the new email account correctly. I think under
"internet email settings,general tab," "mail account" has to match the
profile name. This took me way too long to figure out. Microsoft should make
this easier or post some help up somewhere...
