Outlook rule based on attachment type

Does anyone know how to set up a rule to move all messages that have an attachment with a specific extension to a specified folder?

For example: If there was a folder called "Excel Files" and I wanted to forward all messages which have an attachment of type .xls to that folder, how would I do that?

Outlook doesn't have any feature for that. If you're not afraid of a little VBA, you might find the code sample at http://www.slipstick.com/dev/code/quarexe.htm useful.
