outlook rule based on attachment

Hi

does anyone know if its possible to filter email using outlook rules based
on the title of an attachment?

Yes, but it's not 100% accurate. Create a rule that look for words in the
message header and use the attachment name or extension as the words.

Depending on what your purpose is, there are some 3rd party utilities that
can work with attachments or you can write VBA. See
