Outlook rules and timing

Hi,

Does anyone know if in Outlook 2003 one can make a rule such that,
after an email arrives in the inbox, and it has been read, it is
automatically moved to a specific folder (but it's not moved to that
folder right away, it has to be read first).

Thanks.

No, outlook doesn't do that - you'll need a 3rd party addin.

others.

You can accomplish the same thing by moving it, and adding a step to have it
flash you a message that such and such an email has arrived. You can set
the rule to notify you based on who it's from, or content in the subject or
body. Works quite well for me.

If you don't want to read the mail immediately, don't delete the message
window, just minimize it.
