Outlook Rules - filtering on aliases - how?

Hi!

We have recently upgraded our mailnetwork to Exchange (we used a
outside webhost for POP3 before) and am in the process of upgrading al
clients. We have however encountered a small issue.

Some of us, like me, are recipients of more than 1 mail-address - in m
case both bjorn.endre@ and webmaster@. We set it up so that th
alternative mail-address is added to the mailbox account for me. Thi
means that mail sent to both addresses end up in my mailbox. Perfect
However - we now have problems setting up client-rules that filter th
incoming mail depending on if the mail was sent to bjorn.endre@ o
webmaster@. We use Outlook 2000.

I first tried to use the rule that said that if the word webmaster wa
found in the recipients address it should move the mail there. But tha
didn't work. I then set up a separate contact in my contactlist whit
the mail-address webmaster@ and then set up a rule that said that i
should move all mail sent to that contact should be moved. When I di
run that rule it moves all messages. I realised the reason must be tha
when you look up the properties for myself in the Global Addresbook i
does list smtp:webmaster@ as one of the e-mail addresses and thus th
rule thinks any mail sent directly to me also is valid for the rule.

We are at a loss here now how to get this to work ... anyone got an
suggestions? Should be create separate mailboxes for the extr
mail-addresses and forward them to the right person? How will the rul
look then?

Thanks for any advice.

/Björ
