You would be better off setting a rule to move incoming messages to their
specific folders and then using the Unread Mail search folder to display
them. (Depending on your version of outlook, which you omitted to tell
us....)

I'm using a Blackberry. When I set a rule on incoming messaging in outlook, i
can't read this messages on my Blackberry anymore. That's why it would be
very interesting to be able to put rules on read messages. Does anyone have
an idea how to do this?

You can manually run rules on messages you've already read. There's no way
to have rules run automatically on read messages.
