Outlook: Rules question

Under "Rules Wizard" If you want to undo a rule you have
just run....There should be an undo feature when you view
the "New Message of Interest". Also, when in the New
Message of INterest window please allow for selecting
multiple items to move to a folder.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm using Outlook 2002.
