Outlook Rules should give an option to automatically delete (and to
automatically permanently delete) an email after it is sent or forwarded to a
specific email address. This can be used to promote security of sensitive
information or simply to avoid having the Outbox cluttered with emails you
don't need. For example, I often forward sensitive client information from a
general office email account to a more-secure email account that is not
accessible by coworkers. However, I have to remember to manually delete the
sensitive email that I forwarded (and then to empty the Deleted Items folder)
so that the sensitive information is no longer available on the original
computer.
