I'm looking for a good way to use Outlook Rules to filter for specifi
words in the subject line and move these to a specific folder, which i
simple enough, except the list of words (names) I'm using the rules t
look for has now exceeded 500.
This worked extremely well when the list of name was in the rule itsel
and was less than 80 names, but when I "loaded up" more names in th
rule I discovered the 32kb limit in rules for Outlook 2003.
Where the rule had moved only the specific messages as desired it no
moves all messages!
I need to share this rule or at least the functionality with
coworker, but now I can't get it to work.
Specifics:
Running Exchange Server and Outlook 2003 SP3
Running the rule on demand ("Run Rules Now"), not as the message come
in.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
(and I run this on demand, not automatical
