Is there any rule by which i can do the following:

Forward mail received
from Account (A)
with "SUBJECT"
to [email protected]
through Account (B)

If the above cannot be done through rules, is there any program / addon
which can do the above

You can't "forward" a message from an account which it was not received in.
That isn't "forwarding".
