Outlook Run-time error

When I try to send mail with word as my editor I get a run time error as word
tries to open.
I have reinstalled office 2002 without any improvemnt
Also checked that htere are no add-ins
Any help appreciated

I have the answer to the problem. A COM add-in for e-mail encryption from
Steganos security suite caused the trouble. I followed the procedures
inarticle 5552220 "How to troubleshoot a Visual C++ rruntime error in Word"
Method 2 and applied it to Outlook.
