outlook /safe

When i run outlook /safe it works great. When i run
outlook with out it outlook will crash opening certain
mails and will also crash on closing mails. The mails are
plain text. It also crashing on sending mail too, and on
closing the program. The error is Performed illegal
operation in outlook.exe and sometime user.exe. I was
just wondering what i can do to clean outlook so it will
work with out using /safe everytime.

Safe mode will NOT load any extensions (plug-ins). Check what, if any,
plug-ins you have installed into Outlook (tools -> options -> other ->
advanced).
