Outlook schedule problems

I need some help with a problem I have. When a user
sends a schedule invite to only 1 user, that user accepts
the invite and sends a response. The problem is that
everyone in the organization also receives a copy of the
accepted reply....man its hard to keep a secret around
here!!

Check your delegate access settings on the Exchange server and on individual clients.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.


After a lot of head-scratching, [email protected] asked:
