Outlook Scheduling Problem

We use the meeting scheduling process all the time and it
has been working fine for 2+ years. Now for some reason
when we try to invite an attendee to a meeting some
peoples calendar availability is not available pass August
1, 2004. Where others work fine.

Can any one help resolve this weirdness?
