outlook screen went from bright blue to black and white

Help! After our IT help desk worked on my computer, my Outlook screens are
very faded. I can still read them, but the bright blue colors are gone and
the yellows are very faded. I am concerned that something else may be wrong.

Make sure the monitor cable is securly fastened to the graphics card. A
loose plug could cause a weak signal and may cause faded/missing colors.
