OUTLOOK SCRIPT ERROR

When statring Outlook 2003 I encounter the following error:
An error has occured in the script on this page

Char: 1
error: Class not registered
Code: 0
URL: outlook.tody

This started after I installed FrontPage 2000.

Any help would be appreciated.
