Outlook search-indexing problem

Kay Mc

I am trying to search my email but outlook is constantly indexing so I do not
get any results from my search.
I am using Windows Vista Ultimate and running MicrosoftOffice Professional
Plus 2007/Microsoft Office Outlook 2007

When I try to search my email I get the following error messages:
Search results may be incomplete because items are still being indexed
Click here for more details says “Outlook is currently indexing your itemsâ€
107 items remaining in personal folder
227 items remaining across all open mailboxes

When I changed the indexing status to only include my personal folders and
not the others (IMAP and POP e-mail accounts, RSS feeds, but NOT Microsoft
Windows Live Mail) it still says my indexing status is:
107 items remaining in personal folder
107 items remaining across all open mailboxes

I have looked at help on line and done the following:
Reset indexing by rebuilding my Instant Search catalogue
Instant Search is enabled
I have also run:
Problem support and Solutions “solve problems on your computer†and nothing
has been highlighted
Office Diagnostics in Outlook but no issues or problems were found. The only
issue it did have was with the “Update Diagnostic — Unable to access a
required file The Update Diagnostic was unable to run because it requires a
file that you have chosen not to download. “ So about a week ago I have given
permission via Excel, PowerPoint, or Word to the Trust Centre: Privacy
Options: ticked “Download a file periodically that helps determine system
problemsâ€

I am still getting the problem above and unable to search in Outlook; can
anyone offer any further advice to resolve this?
