Outlook security error

I use Outlook 2002. I just had an error and it prompted
me to install what I think was a service pack. Now,
everytime I create an email, I get the following error:

"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. DO you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "No"."

Does anybody know how to stop this error message from
popping up every time I try and create an email?

1) Don't use Word as your email editor.
2) Disable the Add-in causing the problem (often Adobe's PDFMaker).
