Outlook Security Features Administratove Package

Can anyone tell me which administrative account is required to post the
edited Outlook Security Form. I have tried Administrator and several other
administrative accounts. None of them appear to work.

Also, the account that created the Public Folder has full access to all
Public Folders.

Did you also set the registry keys on the client?

To clarify - when it prompts me for a username and password, none of the
credentials I supply save the file. Once invalid credentials are entered
twice, the process is over. The file or template that appears will not
work, due to the invalid credentials.

Which credentials, ie username, is this feature looking for? The
administrator account? An account in the Enterprise Admins Group? An
account with specific Exchange permissions? The administrator and my
account, which have full access to everything, are unable to save the
editing template to this folder.

Does the server have to be in native mode? Does this matter?

Also, I do find I am able to save the file, when we use the Default Security
Settings for All Users. If the Security Settings for Exception Group is
check and a security group is entered, I am never able to save the template.
