Outlook Security Settings

Our users on Outlook 2002 receive the following pop up
window, "A program has tried to access email addresses you
have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"

We would like to be able to turn off this pop up window,
but cannot find how to do that.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
