outlook security

I have my intranet application which sends notifications and the emails are
received in outlook. By default on user's machine the outlook settting is as
below

Tools-->options-->security tab->Security zones from "Restricted Zone

when its restricted zone then some of the applets which are received in the
email will not be displayed. When we change explicitely outlook security
zone setting to "Internet" with medium security then everything works
well....by changing security zone to Internet what are the potential
dangers....how can I manage security zone per email....is it possible

you can't change the zone per sender but you can change it per message from
the View, Internet zone menu on an opened message. I recommend doing this
and not touching the global setting. It takes an extra mouse click or two
when you read the message, but it's well worth it.
