Outlook "Select Names" window is too small

When composing an email in Outlook 2000, is there any way to increase
the size of the "Select Names" window (From the "To" button). It's
infuriating to have to scroll across the names each time when
selecting an appropriate email address, especially when many of my
contacts have multiple addresses. It would be too time consuming to
edit every line name to make them more readily distinguishable.

No. You can resize it each time, but that change won't persist. from one
session to the next. It's even worse in Outlook 2002.

hmm, I dont see even a resize capability for the session. No resize at
the borders or the bottom right corner of the box...

That might be. Outlook 2000 was 4 years ago for me, and the two mail support
modes differed. Outlook 2002 lets you resize, but won't persist, Outlook
2003 lets you resize and it persists.

Another good reason to be concidering an upgrade I guess..... but then
of course that will just unleash a whole new set of questions!!
