Outlook selecting multiple items on it's own.

Hello,

I'm having problems with Outlook 2003. When a user goes to select a single mail item, Outlook actually selects multiple items by itself. It's pretty frustrating and seems to be happening on a few machines. Has anyone ever come across this? If so, do you have any tips?

have you tried detect and repair? does it work correctly after a reboot?
