where to go

I cannot seem to find where to setup Outlook to send a message from the same
(I have two accounts setup) email address that receives the email.

After furious head scratching, where to go asked:

Outlook does not receive mail based on mail address, it receives it based on
account. If you have two accounts with different addresses but both of
which reference the same mailbox on the server, you won't be able to
guarantee which account will receive the mail (since to Outlook they're both
the same) and therefore not be able to guarantee which account will send the
reply.
