Outlook send error 0x80040201 - still searching for solution.

I cannot send from Outlook 2007 using an http connection to hotmail. I get
the following error
Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error (0x80040201) : 'Unknown Error
0x80040201'. None of the previous replies for this error have been helpful
for me. Any help would be appreciated.
