Outlook send/receive emails

i access my outlook email account from numerous computers. however, on some
computers i am unable to access my old emails (in my inbox) this causes me
problems. does anyone know how to help?

Define "I am unable"? Exactly what happens when you try? If you see any
error messages, what is the exact text of those messages? What version(s)
of Outlook? What type(s) of accounts? We're not psychic. You must supply
details that can be used for diagnosis.
