Outlook Send /Receive Error

Hello Everyone,

I am recently having problems to receive email messages
in Outlook.
I am running Outlook 2002 on Windows 2000 machine.

I can see all the messages on the web interface of my
ISP, but can not download them to my outlook.

I used to receive the emails with the same setting I have
right now and I have not changed any settings.

I had some problems when I installed Norton Internet
Security. Now that problem had been resolved.

Also I have been archieving my messages regularly. I did
check my .pst file it's size is 455MB.

I don't understand what the problem is. Can somebody
please help me. Would reloading outlook help.
